:✅ Designing tools for holding parts at each machining phase machining phases on 3, 4 or 5 axis machines (NH4E, NMV5,MinuMac MCM DMG mori seiki)
✅ Prepare the machining range and the flow validation then generation of the G code and planning of the FAI tests
✅ simulation of the programs created with vericut to optimize the minimize cost and resources then prepare the Workshop documents
✅ Analysis of product/process modifications and processing of control reports and customer feedback
✅ Create, modify and manage manufacturing files (manufacturing range, BOM, validation BOM, tooling validation and flow etc.)
✅ Optimize manufacturing resources and machine programs in coordination with coordination with the production department
